Lead attribution down to the keyword

Know which campaign, ad and keyword produced each lead, then follow that person to the intro class and the membership. When there was no click, we say so.

One member's journey: a Google Ads click on the keyword bjj near me, the landing page that kept the click, the lead, the intro class they showed up to, and the membership.

A Meta click on your site or a Lead Ads form files the lead under Meta. So does a person who tells the desk Facebook or Instagram.

Questions owners ask

What attribution answers on screen

  • Attribution

Which keyword produced members last month, not just leads?

The Keyword tab shows leads, trials, members and CAC per keyword, for any dates.

  • Marketing

Where did the leads with no campaign come from?

They stay together in one honest row, No campaign on the lead, never spread across campaigns.

  • Attribution

Which landing page brought the most trials?

The Landing Page tab shows leads, trials and members for each page.

  • Contacts

Did that walk-in really come from Instagram?

The desk picks what the person says, and Instagram files under Meta.

  • Attribution

Which programs do our leads ask for most?

The Program tab splits leads, trials and members by program, from Adults Gi to Kids.

  • Attribution

Does a click on Monday count for a form on Thursday?

Yes. Both touches are kept on your own domain and joined when the form arrives.

Questions about Lead Attribution

Yes, when the click carried Google's or Meta's identifier, which our snippet and landing pages capture. That lead then shows its campaign, ad group, keyword and ad, and the trial and membership that followed. Otherwise it is filed under what the person told you, or as No source recorded.

The click is kept first party, in the browser and in two cookies on your own domain that your landing pages share. An ad click on Monday and a form on Thursday are still joined.

One rule, in one place: a measured Google or Meta click first, then what the person says (a friend, Facebook, walking past), then the website form when nothing above applies. Every screen reads the same answer, and a family member inherits the source of whoever registered them.

It reads No source recorded and is never assigned to a campaign. A person who says only "Google" files nowhere either, because that could mean an ad, a search or your Business Profile.

Yes. With data-capture="auto" the snippet passively captures every form that asks for a name and an email or phone, without touching the form's own handler. Details on Website and API.

Not through their APIs. Our landing pages fire your Google Ads tag and Meta pixel in the browser on the thank-you page, the same way your own site would.

No. Somebody who is already a member at that location opens no lead, so your roster never inflates the attribution.
