Everything between the ad and the membership

Every lead, traced to its click

The snippet and our landing pages keep each click's identifiers, so a form on Thursday still joins Monday's ad.
  • Campaign, ad group, keyword and ad on every lead
  • First and last touch kept on your own domain
  • Landing pages that post straight into your funnel

One member's journey: a Google Ads click on the keyword bjj near me, the landing page that kept the click, the lead, the intro class they showed up to, and the membership.

Spend measured against members

Drill from channel to campaign to ad group to keyword, with spend, leads, trials, members and CAC on every row.
  • Google Ads within the hour, Meta spend hourly
  • Ad calls and site phone taps counted as contacts
  • Retainers and sponsorships added to the same spend

The Marketing drilldown: Google Ads opens into its campaigns, a campaign into its ad groups, an ad group into its keywords, each with spend, leads, cost per lead, members and CAC.

The funnel, location by location

Leads, trials, shows and new members for each location, with step rates you can check against the counts behind them.
  • Lead → Trial, Trial → Show, Show → Member
  • Each person counted once, at their furthest outcome
  • Compare Locations on the same ten measures

Compare Locations: one matrix with marketing spend, new leads, cost per lead, trials booked and showed, new members, lead to member rate, CAC, churn rate and members at risk for each location.

Every intro and how it ended

Today's intros, the ones still waiting on an outcome, and what was recorded, with Showed or No show one click away.
  • Outcomes by class and by coach
  • Reschedule to another class or time
  • Unmarked intros flagged before they skew the show rate

The Trials board: intros waiting on an outcome, today's intros with their class and instructor, and one intro being recorded as Showed.

Members drifting, before they cancel

The last three weeks of attendance against each member's own previous nine, with the people to call on a queue.
  • Healthy, Watch, At Risk, High Risk and No data
  • Thresholds you set in Settings
  • Phone, Call and Text on every row

The Retention queue on High Risk: members grouped by location, each with their last visit, days absent, their usual visits a week against the last three weeks, and Call and Text buttons.

Rules that say what changed

Plain rules check your data against your thresholds and name what changed, by how much, and the next step.
  • Critical, Warning and Info, never a black box
  • Goals for new leads and new members, with pace
  • A data health alert when a source goes quiet

Insights: findings from rules on your own data, such as more members at risk at one location, a trial show rate that fell at another, and leads waiting for a first call, each with the signal, the next step and who acknowledged it.

Goals: new leads and new members for each location and for the account, each with progress against its target, a marker for where it should be today, and whether it is ahead of pace, on pace or behind.

Numbers you can defend in a staff meeting

One rule decides every source

Google, Meta, Referral, Website: every lead is filed once, by one rule, and every screen shows the same answer.
  • A measured click outranks what a person says
  • No click and no answer reads No source recorded
  • Family members inherit the source of whoever registered them

A Workspace pipeline card for Dana Brooks: a follow-up due at 4:30 PM counts down, turns red as Overdue, and is dismissed.

Built for more than one location

Each location keeps its own gym software, credentials, timezone and team, and you read them together or one at a time.
  • Every “today” is the location's own clock
  • Compare Locations on one matrix
  • Access set per person and per location

Compare Locations: one matrix with marketing spend, new leads, cost per lead, trials booked and showed, new members, lead to member rate, CAC, churn rate and members at risk for each location.

Screens that keep themselves current

When a lead arrives or a card moves, every open screen that shows it redraws on its own. Nobody presses refresh.
  • Gym software and CRM events arrive as they happen
  • Every delivery stored before it is processed
  • Sync history on every integration

The Integrations screen: PushPress, Mindbody and GoHighLevel per location, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website tracking and Twilio, each with its status and the time of its last sync.

Growth Platform questions, answered

PushPress and Mindbody today, each connected per location with its own credentials. We read members, memberships and plans, check-ins and intro appointments. Your billing, class schedule and door access stay where they are. We do not connect other gym software today.

For Google Ads you paste a script we generate into your account, under Tools, Bulk actions, Scripts. There are no sign-in approvals, and data arrives within the hour. For Meta you add a system-user token from your own Business portfolio and your ad account ID; spend is read hourly, and Lead Ads forms arrive as they are sent or on a 15-minute sweep.

Yes, when the click carried Google's or Meta's identifier, which our snippet and landing pages capture. Otherwise the lead is filed under what the person told you, or as No source recorded. We never guess.

The click is kept on your own domain, in the browser and in two first-party cookies shared with your landing pages, and it is joined to the lead when the form arrives.

Spend, cost per lead, cost per contact and CAC, the cost of each new member. Those are the only money figures on screen today, and retention is sized in members.

Yes. Enter retainers, sponsorships and event costs against a channel, and optionally a location, for the dates they covered. They are prorated by day into the same spend, so cost per lead and CAC include them. A CSV import is there for a batch.

Each member's last three weeks of attendance are compared with their own previous nine weeks, plus the days since their last visit. Absence windows, ratio cutoffs and the tenure and baseline floors are settings. A member we cannot judge is marked No data and never counted at risk.

Yes. Everything is per location. The roll-up and Compare Locations start to matter once you run two or more.

Yes. Set new leads and new members for a location or for the whole account, and see pace against the calendar: Ahead, On track or Behind.

No. Results depend on your budget, your offer, your follow-up and your market. What the platform does is show, location by location, which campaigns produce trials and members.
