Privacy

Nothing, unless you send it. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third party tracker on any page of this website. That is a decision the owner has not yet revisited, and if it changes this page changes with it.

If you submit the contact form we store what you typed: your name, your email address, optionally your gym or network and how many locations you run, your message, and which page you sent it from. We keep it so that we can reply and so that we remember the conversation. We do not sell it, share it with anyone outside MaverStudio, or add you to a mailing list.

When a gym becomes a customer, MaverStudio reads data from the systems they connect: members and contacts, memberships and prices, class schedules, check-ins, appointments, ad campaign structure and spend, form submissions and calls. That data belongs to the gym. We process it to provide the product to them and for nothing else.

Each customer’s data is held in its own tenant and is never pooled with another customer’s, for reporting, for benchmarking, or for training anything.

Credentials for connected providers are encrypted at rest and are never displayed back to anyone, including our own operators.

This marketing site sets no cookies. The product at the app address sets one session cookie, which exists only to keep a signed-in user signed in. There is no advertising or analytics cookie in either place.

The infrastructure that runs the product, and the providers a customer chooses to connect. We do not add third party services to the product without telling customers.

Write to [email protected] and say what you want removed. If you sent us an enquiry and would rather we did not keep it, that is a one line email and we will delete it.
