Every lead on a card,
every follow-up kept

New leads land on their location's board by themselves. Call, text and add notes right from the card, and a missed follow-up turns red until somebody dismisses it.

One workspace. Every
tool the front desk needs

Pipelines sits beside Contacts, Inbox, Calls and Calendar, so a card is never more than a click from a call.

Everything that happens to a lead,
on one card

Cards that arrive by themselves

Forms, ad leads and CRM contacts become cards on their location's board, and cards move forward as the funnel moves.
  • A person's move back is never overridden
  • Existing members open no lead, so no card
  • Drop-in buyers can go to a column you choose

Follow-ups that stay put

Drop a card in Follow Up with a day and time. On the day, it rides to the top with a countdown chip.
  • Chips read “in 25 min”, “Now” or “2h ago”
  • Turns red, Overdue, when the hour passes untouched
  • Stays until somebody presses Dismiss

A Workspace pipeline card for Priya Shah: a follow-up due at 4:30 PM counts down, turns red as Overdue, and is dismissed.

Every action on the card

Call, text, add notes, book a trial or play the last recording from the card, and see calls counted in plain words.
  • “Calls: 4 total · 1 today” on every card
  • Program, source and arrival date at a glance
  • Book trial goes to the GoHighLevel calendar

For a location on GoHighLevel, the board mirrors its own pipeline. A move here is written back, and deleting here deletes there.
  • Same columns and cards on both sides

Cards fed by the tools
you already run

Leads reach the board from your gym software, your CRM, your ads and your website, each filed to its location.

How a lead reaches the board

  1. 01

The Integrations screen: PushPress, Mindbody and GoHighLevel per location, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website tracking and Twilio, each with its status and the time of its last sync.

    Connect your systems

Gym software connects per location; ads, GoHighLevel and the website connect once, with every key sealed and never shown back.

  2. 02

    Leads become cards

Each new enquiry opens a card in New Lead on its location's board, carrying its source and program.

  3. 03

A browser call to Maya Thompson placed from a pipeline card: the call pill in the header shows the call's state, and the live transcript panel fills with both sides' words as they speak.

    The desk works the card

Calls, texts, notes and follow-ups happen on the card, and the card moves forward as the lead does.

Who works the board

  • Two front-desk staff at a reception counter: one smiles on the phone, the other types on a laptop.

Every new lead in one column

Follow-ups that come back on time

Call and text without leaving the card

Pipelines FAQs

No. Every location starts with eight stages: New Lead, Called, Follow Up, Trial Booked, No Show, Trial Done, Joined and Lost. You can edit the columns, choose which count as open, won or lost, and manage boards in Settings > Pipelines.

No. For a location on GoHighLevel, the board mirrors its own pipeline. A move made here is written back, deleting here deletes there, workflow deliveries arrive in real time and pipelines are reconciled every hour. See the GoHighLevel integration.

No. A delivery about somebody already training at that location opens no lead, so it never becomes a card. That keeps the gym app's roster, mirrored into the CRM, from flooding the board.

On the day, the card rides to the top of its column with a chip. When the hour passes with no call or text it turns red and reads Overdue, and it stays until somebody presses Dismiss, because a call does not always mean you reached the person.

Yes, in the phone's browser; there is no app store app. The phone view shows one stage at a time with previous and next, filters in a bottom sheet, and a bottom bar with a green Dial button.

Only if you allow it. Each person gets all locations or specific ones, and each location's board, numbers and conversations stay in its own workspace.

$75 per location per month, software only. Calls and texts run on the location's own Twilio account, and Twilio bills them directly. See pricing.
