Members and check-ins, straight from PushPress
Connect each location's PushPress with its own API key. Members, memberships, check-ins and intro appointments arrive as they happen, and nothing is ever written back to PushPress.
- Connected per location
- Nothing written to PushPress
Connecting PushPress: a location's API key pasted and sealed, then two locations receiving deliveries, each with its Sync history.
Why and how to connect MaverStudio with PushPress
Connect each location with its own key
Every location has its own PushPress account, so each connects in the Integrations wizard with that location's API key, sealed and never shown back.
- Open Integrations and choose PushPress
- Pick the location and paste its API key
- Repeat for each location that runs PushPress
Members and visits as they happen
PushPress webhooks deliver new customers, check-ins, enrollments and appointments in real time, and an hourly sweep reconciles anything a webhook missed.
- Members and memberships, with their plans
- Check-ins, for retention judged per member
- Appointments: trials, private lessons and belt tests
The Trials board: intros waiting on an outcome, today's intros with their class and instructor, and one intro being recorded as Showed.
Read only, by design
We never write to PushPress. Fields that come from it are locked in the Workspace, with a note saying exactly where to change them.
- Change member details in PushPress as usual
- The Workspace shows “Change it there.”
- Your billing and schedule stay untouched
Where PushPress data shows up
Members are never leads
Somebody already training at that location opens no lead, so the gym app mirroring its roster cannot inflate your funnel.
Retention on real check-ins
Each member's last three weeks of check-ins are compared with their own nine weeks before, and the drifting land on a call queue.
The Retention queue on High Risk: members grouped by location, each with their last visit, days absent, their usual visits a week against the last three weeks, and Call and Text buttons.
Intros, classes and families
Appointments feed the Trials board and the Calendar's class layer, and a family member inherits the source of whoever registered them.
The Workspace calendar for Northside, one week of intro classes by coach, each confirmed, showed, no show or cancelled. An intro is marked Showed from its details, another is edited to a new day and time, and a new booking arrives.
