Placeholder, not a reviewed terms of service
This page describes what we currently intend to do, in plain language, so the site is not silent on it. It has not been drafted or reviewed by a lawyer, it is not a contract, and it will be replaced before it is relied upon. If you need the binding version before then, ask us and we will tell you honestly that it does not exist yet.
What is actually agreed today
Accounts are opened by agreement between MaverStudio and the customer, in writing, covering price, billing terms, support response and setup. That agreement is what governs the relationship. This page is a summary of how we intend to behave, not a substitute for it.
Whose data it is
The customer’s. We hold it to run the product for them. It exports as CSV from inside the product at any time, without asking us, and it is deleted on request when an account closes.
What we provide
Access to the product for the locations covered by the agreement, the connections listed on the features page, and support at the response time agreed. Every account runs the same software.
The product reads from third party systems that we do not control. When a provider changes or withdraws an interface, we adapt as quickly as we can, and we tell customers when something is not flowing.
Payment
Invoiced, and paid by direct deposit or check on the terms in the agreement. There is no card on file, because MaverStudio does not take, store or process card payments.
Acceptable use
Do not use the product to hold data you have no right to hold, and do not attempt to reach another customer’s tenant. Accounts can be suspended for either, and a suspension is recorded with a reason the customer is told.
