The funnel in the middle,
tied to both ends

Funnel Analytics reads the same leads as Attribution and the same members as Retention, so the screens agree.

The period in numbers

For each location: leads, ad calls, site phone taps, contacts, trials, new members, spend, CAC and cost per contact.
  • Trials split into Showed, No show, Cancelled, No outcome
  • Each person counted once, at their furthest outcome
  • Against the previous period at the top

Members counted honestly

A new member is a first membership, dated by its real start, and one-off visits like drop-ins never count as joins.
  • Mindbody contracts supply the real start date
  • Existing members never reopen as leads
  • Paused members still count as members

The Overview screen: marketing spend, contacts, new members and CAC for the period, then leads, trials, new members, spend and CAC for each location.

Compare locations on equal terms

One matrix puts every location on the same ten measures, from spend and new leads to members at risk.
  • CPL, Lead → Member and CAC side by side
  • Trials booked and trials showed
  • Churn rate and members at risk

Compare Locations: one matrix with marketing spend, new leads, cost per lead, trials booked and showed, new members, lead to member rate, CAC, churn rate and members at risk for each location.

A page for each location

Open any location for its own funnel and conversion steps, on its own clock and with its own gym software.

  • Dates, location and program live in the link
  • Share a view and it opens the same

Why these numbers hold up

A member is not a lead

Somebody already training at that location opens no lead, so your own roster never inflates the funnel.
  • The gym app's roster is never counted as leads
  • Members carry a Member chip in Contacts
  • Drop-ins and visits never count as new members

A Workspace pipeline card for Daniel Okafor: a follow-up due at 4:30 PM counts down, turns red as Overdue, and is dismissed.

Screens that move on their own

A new lead, a card move or a recorded intro redraws every open screen that shows it. Nobody presses refresh.
  • Gym software and CRM events arrive as they happen
  • Meta spend hourly, Google Ads within the hour
  • Every delivery stored before it is processed

The Integrations screen: PushPress, Mindbody and GoHighLevel per location, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website tracking and Twilio, each with its status and the time of its last sync.

Views you can share

Dates, location and program live in the page's link, so a view you send opens exactly as you saw it.
  • Presets and custom date ranges
  • Step back and forward through periods
  • One location or all of them

The Overview screen: marketing spend, contacts, new members and CAC for the period, then leads, trials, new members, spend and CAC for each location.

Questions about Funnel Analytics

The first membership of each person that starts in the period, dated by its real start. For Mindbody that start comes from the contract. One-off visits, such as a drop-in pass, never count as a new member.

No. Somebody who is already a member at that location opens no lead, so the funnel is not inflated by your gym app's roster appearing in your CRM.

Each person counts once, under their furthest trial outcome. That way Showed, No show, Cancelled and No outcome always add up to the Total.

Yes. Open screens redraw after each change, with no refresh. Each source arrives as fast as its provider allows: gym software and GoHighLevel events as they happen, Meta spend hourly, Google Ads within the hour.

Yes. Everything is per location. The roll-up and Compare Locations start to matter once you run two or more.

Yes, on the screens that offer it. The filter bar carries dates, location, and channel or program, and Attribution has a Program tab of its own.

Spend, cost per lead, cost per contact and CAC, the cost of each new member. Those are the only money figures on screen today, and retention is sized in members.
