Pricing

Priced per location, quoted per network

There is no checkout on this site, and that is on purpose. Setting this up means connecting your accounts and agreeing what the numbers should say, which is a conversation before it is an invoice.

How it is priced

Three parts, and no surprises in the fourth

Per location, monthly

The unit is a location, which is the unit your gym software already bills you on. Adding a sixth gym costs what the sixth gym costs, and nothing changes for the other five.

One time setup

Connecting your providers, mapping accounts to locations, importing history, and checking the first month of numbers against what you already know to be true.

Tiers are service, not features

Every account runs the same code. What differs between tiers is response time and how much change work is included. Nothing useful is locked behind a higher price.

How you pay

By invoice, like the rest of your suppliers

Card processing would add a fee to every month of a deal that was closed on a phone call. It buys you nothing, so it is not here.

You get an invoice

Paid by direct deposit or check, on the terms we agree. A W-9 is available for accounts that need one.

No card on file

We do not take card details, store them or process payments. There is no card form anywhere in this product.

Annual up front is discounted

Paying the year in advance costs less than twelve months. The exact figure is part of the quote.

You can leave

Your data is yours and exports as CSV from inside the product, without asking us.

Before the quote

What we will ask you

So the number we give you is the number you pay, and the setup date is real.

  1. How many locations, and whether they share a brand
  2. Which gym software each one runs, and who has admin on it
  3. Which ad platforms you spend on, and roughly how much
  4. Where your leads land today: website forms, calls, walk-ins, a CRM
  5. Who is going to read the numbers on a Monday morning

Tell us how many locations you run

We will come back with a price and a realistic date, or tell you honestly that this is not a fit yet.
