The latest leads sit beside the funnel on the Overview, each with a meter filling toward your target, and the median wait on top.

  • An insight when leads wait

When leads wait longer than your contact target for first contact, Insights flags how many, so a busy afternoon does not hide them.

Insights: findings from rules on your own data, such as more members at risk at one location, a trial show rate that fell at another, and leads waiting for a first call, each with the signal, the next step and who acknowledged it.

A clock that is fair to the desk

Timed on each location's clock

Every time is shown on the location's own clock, so a lead that arrived at 9:42 reads 9:42 wherever you open it.
  • Each location keeps its own timezone
  • Waits read “Waiting 46m” or “Called in 22m”
  • Median wait in the header, not an average

Each on its own clock

Desk entries are not timed

Leads the desk types in for somebody standing at the counter are left out, so nobody is timed against a person already talking to them.
  • Typed-in leads never start the clock
  • Forms, ad leads and CRM leads are timed
  • The same rule on the Overview and in Calls
A front-desk staff member greets a mother and her son, who wears a white kids gi with a grey belt.
Typed in at the desk · not timed

Call straight from the row

Open a location's row to see its waiting leads, then call or text them from there, on the location's own line.
  • Call and Text on every waiting lead
  • The meter turns green when the call is made
  • Calls logged and recorded like any other

Speed to Lead FAQs

The time from a lead's arrival to the first call made to them, shown against your contact target. Until that call happens, the row shows how long the lead has been waiting.

In Settings > Organization, as a number of hours. Every meter on the Overview and in the Workspace fills toward it, amber inside the target and red once it has passed.

No. The clock measures calls. Texts stay on the person's thread in the Inbox, and Comms Analytics shows how many were sent, delivered and answered.

Leads typed in at the desk are excluded, so nobody is timed against a person standing in front of them. Forms, ad leads and CRM leads are all timed.

Yes. Open screens redraw after each change, so a call made at the desk turns its row green without anyone pressing refresh.

Yes. The Overview shows all locations or one, and Calls > Team gives each location its own row, with its waiting leads one click away.

Insights raises “N leads waiting over X hours for first contact” against the same contact target, so a backlog shows up even when nobody is looking at the clock.
