Members drifting, before they cancel

Every member's last three weeks of attendance against their own previous nine, plus days since their last visit, with the people to call on one queue.

The Retention queue on High Risk: members grouped by location, each with their last visit, days absent, their usual visits a week against the last three weeks, and Call and Text buttons.

Keeping a member counts
as much as winning one

Retention reads the same members as the funnel, so the people who joined are the people you watch.

  • Their own habit

A member who trained three times a week and now trains once is drifting, even when the gym's average looks fine. Each person is their own baseline.

  • Your thresholds

Why the queue is worth calling

No data is not a verdict

Members the attendance record cannot judge are marked No data and never counted at risk, so nobody is called over a records gap.
  • Five levels, No data included

New members get time

Nobody is judged on a habit they have not built yet: new members skip the ratio rules for 28 days by default.
  • The tenure floor is a setting
  • So is the baseline floor
  • Their visits per week stay on their profile

Call and text from the row

Each row carries the member's phone with Call and Text buttons, so whoever reads the queue can reach them right there.
  • One row per member per location
  • Longest absence at the top

Questions about the Retention queue

Each member's last three weeks of attendance are compared with their own previous nine weeks, plus the days since their last visit. The result is one of five levels: Healthy, Watch, At Risk, High Risk or No data.

Yes. Absence windows (7, 14 and 21 days by default), ratio cutoffs, the tenure floor and the baseline floor are settings under Settings, Rules, and the queue follows them.

A member we cannot judge because the attendance on record is too short. They are shown on their own tab and never counted as at risk.

From your gym software: check-ins from PushPress, class visits from Mindbody, read for each location along with memberships and plans.

Not on the ratio rules. New members are exempt until they have a habit to fall from, 28 days of tenure by default, and you can change that.

No. Retention findings are sized in members, never in dollars, so the queue tells you how many people to call.

Yes. Members export to CSV from the product, and the queue itself carries a phone number and Call and Text buttons on every row.
